There's a billion dollars floating around, literally, in NBA free agency. That money needs to get spent. And while much of it will come in the forms of players staying in place — I mean, LeBron James isn't going anywhere — expect plenty of chatter this offseason.
The interesting part: The 2016 free agent class really isn't that strong. There's only one clear-cut superstar, and the list skews old.
With that said, Sporting News' Adi Joseph sought to dig through the masses and figure out who actually might leave their current teams. The list is strong enough for everyone to find what they're looking for — if the money's right. Slide through for our top 23 available free agents.
