A week into the NBA season, several players are putting up eye-popping numbers.
There’s DeMar DeRozan and his 35 points per game without having hit a 3-pointer. There’s Russell Westbrook, averaging a triple-double, including 38.7 points per game. You can’t forget about James Harden, who is also near triple-double status through three games.
