Young gun Devin Booker wanted no part of veteran Vince Carter after he was dropped by the 40-year-old Grizzlies player Tuesday night in Memphis.
After he was fouled by Booker on a drive to the basket in the first quarter, Carter swung his right elbow to the face of Booker, who dropped to the floor on his back.
As he picked himself up, Booker didn't even bother confronting Carter, who is twice as old as Booker.
Instead, Booker let big man Alex Len and Co. get into a shoving match with Carter, who was the only player ejected in the incident.

Memphis and Phoenix scuffled earlier this month with Booker initiating a multi-player shoving match. Could Carter's elbow-dropping of Booker Tuesday be in retaliation for that incident? He is one of the few remaining old-school players left in the NBA after all.
