Take the Hornets as one example. To get Michael Kidd-Gilchrist on the All-Defensive Team, they created "" — a loveable and well-thought-out campaign. The Pelicans, though, must be trying to scare the media into voting for their guy, Anthony Davis.
Just check out this Chucky-like doll they sent out to get the star power forward some MVP votes.
Just got my Anthony Davis unibrow MVP doll in mail from Pelicans. I know my No. 1. My 2-3 tough. Thoughts?
— Marc Berman (@NYPost_Berman) OK Pelicans, I'll vote for him.
— Ira Winderman (@IraHeatBeat) Between this, the and , New Orleans is home to some scary stuff.
